It's not like it's hard to make money in this game. Tax is not the only source of income. If you happen to have a serious overproduction of one stuff, then you just start selling that thing to the other players. Finished products can bring in some nice amount of money (if sold regularly) and if you are already overproducing, the needs will always be satisfied since there will be stuff in the warehouse while the ship makes the trip.

Sorry about the misunderstanding then. Smile

It's just that I tried to write "NPC players" but that sounded stupid. Forgot about the traditional CPU way of saying it. Smile

My game doesn't run like shit, but there is noticeable stuttering in the peasants, and the cutscenes are brutal. Using the RZR release (only one I see), and running it on XP.

Game is optimized for DX10.

I thought this game was DX9 compatible. I also noticed that my "clock" screensaver (the generic text one) was stuttering as well. Maybe I need to update my graphics driver (although it is the most recent one for my card).

the difficulty in last level is, that you have to build the stuff right away, or you wont be able to later, cause you WILL lose most your money before you start making money ...

You can probably make it. Make sure you have enough people in your settlement so that cloth building becomes available. Then make sure you have hemp plantations. From hemp you can make cloth.

So long as an island is "fertile" you can build the hemp plantations (and the fields), and then build the garment and rope farms right on top of it. However if you do that, it's best to have several hemp farms surrounding as the Garment and Rope makers will automatically take the supplies from the hemp farms.

you can trade and build them on 4th status (dont know the name of it in eng). Its a Factory that makes warmaschines, but i dont know what you can do with them except trade.

when you can do, build a proviantbuilding to lower your overproduction, you will get good money for selling them.

And dont except much from the Emperor Dome, it only looks great Smile

The box is on an island to the southeast.

No, you need to build ten war machines first - you'll get some war ships for that which you need to destroy Forcas' ships at the reef. They have the box.

To be able to build the war machines you need to expand your main city to the highest level.

chapter 4 I need to board the pirate ship but I cannot make war ships yet. That is because I need books so the fuckers can upgrade to the next level. I cannot find the place where I can make the paper factory because it needs to be ON the fucking river. Sad
