I got this error when trying to install the game, i have no idea what is the problem trying to solve it out ..
StreetFighterIV Error 2203 database
Cannot Open database file system error
Please, help me.. I am using Vista ..

try some of these:
run the installer as administrator
free up some space on your windows drive
free up space on the drive with your temporary folder
it's most likely a permissions problem, the user you're currently using prolly doesn't have enough rights on some folders (temp folder, etc)

I did free more space, and run as admin i got same error .. still ..
not sure what's happening, i also clean the system using CClean ..

I have tried to clean registry with RegCure as someone suggest it when i do the google search you gave me, still same problem ..

There is no way to solve this problem !! I did everything i found on Google and problem keeps being there, i got sick and i have create a new user with full admin rights as current that dose not work, but new user account normally install the game... and its dose it work also ..
Some direct X problem .. i use intel built in graphics card, maybe this game never meant for me to play it ehhehehe (SAD)

so you installed it but now you got a dx error? reinstall dx, update gfx drivers, etc?

Doh. Are you for real? This game wont work on intergrated gfx crap. What a waste of time this topic was..
