Careful.

These keys have been fraudulently obtained.
These series of keys sold by these websites have been identified and are being invalidated on Securom server.
I will also add that these keys have not been obtained from cheaper, boxed versions of the game as these websites claim.

Ok, so I'm giving Tackle and Block to all my players, except one and the tail and claws to my Minotaur. That one player has a third hand and Pro skill, because I use him for touchdowns, hehe.

I think those are fairly standard and robust skills. Note that I use all players for battle anyway (I only attack when I have a 2-dice-choice advantage)

But what to start choosing next, as the 3rd skill ? As most of my players are becoming level 4 ! Probably Pro, right ?

The only specialized players I use ar ethe Minotaur, who I use for ultra destruction, so which skill is the best for injuries ?

And which skill is the best for defense and speed for the ball-carrier ? (dodge to get out of difficult places when having the ball?)

Dodge is nice for the ball carrier, yes. I have Tentacle on my Minotaur so people will have to muscle away from him. Very nice to keep weaker teams in destruction range.

I personally also use Guard on a couple of my beastmen to assist on the LoS. This is especially nice against the other teams Big Guys as they can assist my minotaur in blocking. Frenzy could be fun on some of your Chaos Marines and maybe a strip ball or 2 on your safeties.

If you get doubles, Block is a no brainer for your minotaur, otherwise Pile On is very, very nice. It allows you to reroll armour or injury with the downside of ending up prone (without causing a turnover).

Sure Hands or Big Hands can also be very good for your primary ball carrier and diving tackle or Pass Block for your safeties

Thx for the tips, but what's LoS ?

And the rolls at levelup affect the option to improve a base attribute ? Is that even worth it ? (maybe +1 agility to my ball carrier?)

Line of Scrimmage.

I always find +1 to stats help except for strength, Chaos is already strongh enough.
a double roll allows you to select skills from another disipline however and Block is in general. Something a Minotaur doesn't have access to. (You gain stat upgrades on a roll of 10+)

I´ve always assumed there is something wrong with these keys Sad Where do these keys come from? "These keys have been fraudulently obtained" is not a very detailed information.

Well, everyone with a key should activate their game as soon as possible on all PCs they have, before they're removed from the securom activation servers, if it's true anyway.

And in future patches, wait for confirmation that the new patch doesn't require reactivation !

You can't do anything about multiplayer sadly, it's all up to them. We'll see.

What I don't get is how would the online key stores have gotten illegal keys? No other dev has complained about it (AFAIK), so I'm sure this is all just bullshit.

Well g2play admitted that their supplier acquired BB keys illegally. It's not the case with other game keys on these websites.

Its games and publishers like these that absolutely justify the existence and neccessity of piracy. If you are gonna control distribution, then do so in a justifiable manner. Charging the same price as a boxed copy, then restricting the number fo times the game can be downloaded, activated, and ultimately retaining full ownership of the game as per their TOS, these are all malpractices that are grounds for legal action.

If I buy a toothbrush, the manufacturer has no right to say when I can use it and how often I use it. And if I want I should be able to not use it at all and give it to my friend as a gift or sell it to him.

It's official. The AI can't handle crunchy teams. I played a game with my Chaos team against AI Wood Elves. For some reason the AI thought it was a good tactic to play man cover. Ofcourse, I agreed and found this a very good tactic as well. Especially since he only had 1 player left on the pitch at the end of the match.

Final statistics: 2 dead, 6 injuries and 10 KO's on their part. Very Happy

Why are Chaos team so nasty ? Laughing

Anyway, I'd like to know what happens when there's noone left. Obviously the team will lose, but I'd like to see what they say etc. Very Happy If it happens record a video or something, hehe.

My last game was really hard, I barely got a 1-1 draw with a good human team, suffered 2 injuries, the first was turned to a general "badly hurt" by the apothecary, the second was a broken neck, permanent -1 agility for the hurt player Crying or Very sad

I hope the next match is against elves !

One of the deaths was the star player he hired to help. He actually lasted 2 full turns! Very Happy

I'd like a link as to where g2play admitted the keys were illegally acquired. there is nothing on their website.

There was one or two people mentioning on the bloodbowl forum before it degenerated into racism that they suspected them of getting the keys from the manufacturer in china. They didn't elaborate on it, but my guess is they suspected the manufacturer of selling boxes of games cheap, someone stealing them off the line, etc.

Well, if they were the ones selling the game 15 euros (20 for preorder) then they would make a killing themselves, not these online shops, and piracy wouldn't be so rampant. We would all be 100% legit for most games, and at the same time, satisfied with our buy !

It's a win/win situation. But nooo, we can't have that, stupid publishers need to charge 40-60 euros for new AAA titles.

Somehow the guy in this video managed to get player labels -

Wish I knew how the hell he managed that.

As for the key situation - I'm not sure who Cyanide thinks they are to get away with charging $50 for an online download only available for twenty days. They've got some unearthly delusion that they can get away with that because they have the reputation of Impulse or STEAM - nu uh.

I'll tell you this much - if I had to pay $50 for my key I wouldn't have bought the game to begin with - too much of a risk for such an unknown title and developer. As it stands, I got my key for what they should have been selling it for - and they now have a fan who will buy their future products. If they do somehow blacklist those keys however they can kiss my ass goodbye. I don't support Nazi's.

g2play emailed that to people who bought BB keys from them, so there is no link. Everyone who had banned keys from g2play got new keys or got a refund so it's pointless to keep on discussing this any longer. Keys bought from onlinekeystore weren't banned.

Ladies and gentlemen - I present to you a rapage of biblical proportions. My Chaos team (TV around 2000) managed to clear the field of the opposing Goblin team last game. Took an ingame screenshot (low quality for some reason?). You'll be disappointed to learn that nothing special happens - the announcers don't say anything special and the game keeps on playing as normal. Sad

Final tally - 4 dead, 4 wounded, and the rest knocked the FUCK out. That will teach those bastards!
