I can't confirm that they have a mix of EU(which includes English, Italian, Spanish etc.) and German key. But when I bought mine from there, I got a German key. So as said earlier by VGA, better off emailing them before buying.

That file is only the mds, you can't mount it without the appropriate mdf file, which you get from the itwins release.

Sorry. Your new mds is not working for me either. I still get the same "Conflict with Emulation Software detected". I'm using Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2.
Also what I noticed, no matter what I try, is after I install the game the "PLAY" button on the Start-up screen is greyed out. But the "Install" button is not. If you press install for shits and giggles, it'll tell you it's installed already. I think it maybe detecting Deamon Tools right off the bat.
Mount, Install, patch, mount, cloak, play. Standard Clone instructions. It just doesn't work.

Just tried the demo..seems like a bug or something.. I got to the heavy weapons course.. I had a choice to blow up a tank or attack a village. I chose the tank. I grab a launcher blow up a tank. The guy is all excited. So then he tells me to get another launcher. So I'm looking for that and can't find it. As I'm standing there I start going "Oo.." huh? I can hear bullets..wtf?
Apparently I'm doing both missions. So after getting shot a few times, I start picking off those guys. I finally kill them all, and go grab that launcher to continue the AT training.. yeah.. doesn't work. Blow it up..nothing mission progression seems to have been broken.
intel ultra 7 265k, 64gb ram, 3070

Are you using itwins version ? you replace that mds file from that release with mine & it works fine to install, update & ply the game with yasu cloaked mds file I provided.

Hmmm. I followed all of your instructions but it still detects the emulator. Also, when i run autorun, the 'play' button is grayed out.

Yep. exactly.
I see Quickstar is having the same exact problem. Must be a Vista 64 problem or maybe because I updated to SP2 a couple of weeks ago... who the hell knows? My Damnation clone still works fine though, just to make it more mysterious. Oh well, I guess I wait.

What do we have in common? Anything? I'm using Vista Ultimate 64bit recently updated from SP1 to SP2.

I can also confirm that it also doesn't work for me.
I am running Windows XP SP3.
The message i am getting may be different though. It says that the required security module cannot be activated.
