I would have thought they wouldn't allow someone to do something like that on a TV show. idk though, wouldn't that have been on the news everywhere if that was real.. it has to be fake, they play on the fact that these guys keep messing up way too much, like they are purposely trying to build up fear of the arrow trick. it's too intentional, too much.

I read somewhere that it was a very "creative" ad for the drink that the victim places on his head. It's probably true, the walk-to-the-jury-and-take-drink part was odd.
