you clean computer with a brush? that doesn't sound very good for computer, especially if brush is "hard" it could damage or bend some components on the mobo and such. you need to get compressed air duster. that's the best way to clean computer and you can get like 99% cleanliness without taking apart all the components.
unplugging all components every cleaning also doesn't sound good, you put more wear and tear on connectors by doing so, i wouldn't be surprised if some of connectors doesn't have any gold coating on them anymore from all that disconnecting.

You're right, according to Asus it is a problem with the GPU. (sorry to doubt you but I had to check)
Quote: | 1.4.2.2 Graphics card issue: Beep (1 long 3 short)
A. Clean the Golden Finger of graphics card
B. Clean the graphics card slots
C. Try to test the onboard graphics card if there is onboard VGA integrated
D. If convenience, please change different graphic cards to test again |

Can you borrow a graphics card from someone to test it in your system? Or test your card in another PC?
You have two slots on the board that you can put the graphics card in, have you tried both?

Ok its done!
Even though, mobo was giving clear signals that its gpu... it was not. It was cpu. I just reinserted it and put on a new grease and it just works....
Dunno why is that. i did not removed it when I was cleaning the pc.
Thanks for all the help guys. In future I will be more carefull.
btw. Is 60C for 8800gt (oc edition) good in desktop?
46 for cpu in desktop.

depends if they are idle or load temps. good for load, bad for idle.

My 8800 GTS 512 used to idle at 60C too.
Risk from temperature and dust are VERY exaggerated.

I also noticed that. None of my rigs ever burned. But I take care of my hardware anyway

that's a very bad point of view. so as long as you don't get open flames in your computer high temps are OK according to you. wrong.
to name a few issues: high temps reduce performance, usually by initiating throttling measures on cpu or gpu, and ofcourse degrades lifespan much faster. also PSU loses efficiency if it runs hot, and then there are HDDs... you really don't want them running hot if you value your midget porn collection.
from my experience of fixing tons and tons of computer problems over many years i can't stress enough how many times it was down to dust and heat.
so once again, WhiteBarbarian, i completely and utterly disagree with your post.

As long as your system passes Linkpack and FurMark without throttling and artifacts, temperature is irrelevant.
For HDDs, a single 120mm intake fan @ 800 rpm, will keep HDDs temp in 35-45C optimal range.
Google report on HDD failures --> http://static.googleusercontent.com/external_content/untrusted_dlcp/research.google.com/en//archive/disk_failures.pdf
Page 5, section 3.4 Temperature
" In fact, there is a clear trend showing that lower temperatures are associated with higher failure rates. Only at very high temperatures is there a slight reversal of this trend."
With PSU, just buy quality ones that can withstand high heat.
And for dust, with dust filters installed it will take years for dust to accumulate inside the case to begin to interfere with cooling efficiency.

you're right on room temperature as well barbarian, computers are designed to be able to cool themselves properly, not really on being operating inside of a refrigerator, if that's not the case with yours, well you're probably using a dell, or some other crappy pre-built which no one should be using.
