Fucking shoulder pain for 3 weeks already. Hurt it somehow at gym (just realized first that I could not lift it above shoulder level easilly (ended up doing nazi salutions as I was testing the motion) and then day later it was hurting badly.
Now it's still hurting less and less if I just rest, but the moment I stress it in anyway - the pain comes back really badly. Visited a doctor already who just told me not to do heavy weights for 3 weeks.
Well yesterday I just biked at gym and did arm curls and now everything is on fire again
I saw things like that in here and in other "woman problems" topics so...... Am I the only one that thinks some authorities needs to be alerted about Saner and him possibly being a rapist and/or kidnapper ?
Saner is not being serious. Unless its the subject of Santa!
Best to do some very careful and limited exercise/stretching that involve the shoulders. (not doing anything is bad, continuing putting a strain on them is even worse)
And focus on lower body training for the next 1-3 weeks.
With back pain I can at least take a sickleave with a good conscience
With the shoulder pain it would have to go really bad. Anyway. Decided to bite through the pain and just change my training ground regimen for a while. Dropped the weights to 1/3 of the normal and increased repeats.
