Fucking shoulder pain for 3 weeks already. Hurt it somehow at gym (just realized first that I could not lift it above shoulder level easilly (ended up doing nazi salutions as I was testing the motion) and then day later it was hurting badly.

Now it's still hurting less and less if I just rest, but the moment I stress it in anyway - the pain comes back really badly. Visited a doctor already who just told me not to do heavy weights for 3 weeks.

Well yesterday I just biked at gym and did arm curls and now everything is on fire again Sad

Yeah see a specialist for that injury.
But the advice from your doctor was sound, give the arm/shoulder rest for some time.

Best to do some very careful and limited exercise/stretching that involve the shoulders. (not doing anything is bad, continuing putting a strain on them is even worse)
And focus on lower body training for the next 1-3 weeks.

With back pain I can at least take a sickleave with a good conscience Smile

With the shoulder pain it would have to go really bad. Anyway. Decided to bite through the pain and just change my training ground regimen for a while. Dropped the weights to 1/3 of the normal and increased repeats.

It hurts less at least.
