It's actually a sim about designing and producing shower installations as well as different kinds of toiletries and bath consumables for various prison institutions. It sounds boring to me.

Physics aren't bad actually.
Controls in the other hand, are a real challenge Very Happy

This game is fun if you just want to mess around, and it is a challenge if you want to actually success.

Lazer for the win ^^

Sure.

But the question is : how many attempts did it take for him to success this way ?

It's like the brain swap video with the extinguisher, if you don't know the trick well ...
This game is in no way intended as a simulation though.

I think if you want A++ rating you have to do crazy things Very Happy

WTF 8/10.

http://www.gamespot.com/surgeon-simulator-2013/reviews/surgeon-simulator-2013-review-6407419/?tag=Topslot;SurgeonSimulator2013Review;SurgeonSimulator2013Re

Summary:
The only chalange in the game is to master the worst controls in a video game ever, but hey, thats the fun. This game has plenty of replayability, you can repeat 3 basic operations in various settings.

They sure paid a lot of money to gamespot, unlike others:

Nah they just get the game right.

For the price/fun ratio it certainly deserve a 8/10.
If you don't have humour, are a serious and sad person, you will give this a 1/10.

I'm only saying that the game is very bad, that doesn't mean you can't have fun with it.
I couldn't cause the controls gave me a heache, but to each is own. The youtube vids are good for a laugh.

Patch Notes - 24th April 2013
Fixes / Changes

-Sound no longer stays filtered if you click multiple times to enter an operation
-Screen defaults to windowed at startup and screen resolution settings are now saved correctly
-Steam cloud now disabled (Was causing issues with some levels remaining incomplete)
-Scores now update correctly and stats are scores are kept locally.
-Reduced complexity of cloth in ambulance mode
-Some overall physics optimisations with the hand
-Large performance increase in ambulance due to fixing initialisation bug in physics engine (not our fault, honest!)
-No more random crashes during ambulance stages
-Fixed Linux crash bugs on glass smashing (and other isolated audio errors)
-Sound filter fixed if Esc/Restart pressed too quickly.
-Fixed the insane head freak out caused by pulling the brain out whilst the ambulance is going round a roundabout.

If you don't have the updates yet, the best way to force an update is to restart your Steam Client.

Cheers!

~ The Creators of Surgeon Simulator 2013

Steam cloud off now. Sad
