It's actually a sim about designing and producing shower installations as well as different kinds of toiletries and bath consumables for various prison institutions. It sounds boring to me.
Summary:
The only chalange in the game is to master the worst controls in a video game ever, but hey, thats the fun. This game has plenty of replayability, you can repeat 3 basic operations in various settings.
They sure paid a lot of money to gamespot, unlike others:
For the price/fun ratio it certainly deserve a 8/10.
If you don't have humour, are a serious and sad person, you will give this a 1/10.
I'm only saying that the game is very bad, that doesn't mean you can't have fun with it.
I couldn't cause the controls gave me a heache, but to each is own. The youtube vids are good for a laugh.
-Sound no longer stays filtered if you click multiple times to enter an operation
-Screen defaults to windowed at startup and screen resolution settings are now saved correctly
-Steam cloud now disabled (Was causing issues with some levels remaining incomplete)
-Scores now update correctly and stats are scores are kept locally.
-Reduced complexity of cloth in ambulance mode
-Some overall physics optimisations with the hand
-Large performance increase in ambulance due to fixing initialisation bug in physics engine (not our fault, honest!)
-No more random crashes during ambulance stages
-Fixed Linux crash bugs on glass smashing (and other isolated audio errors)
-Sound filter fixed if Esc/Restart pressed too quickly.
-Fixed the insane head freak out caused by pulling the brain out whilst the ambulance is going round a roundabout.
If you don't have the updates yet, the best way to force an update is to restart your Steam Client.
Cheers!
