do an autoit/autohotkey script that listens to keyboard, and randomly erases or swaps keystrokes, so it will make her think she's doing typoes and being incompetent with the keyboard all the time
add a sound file in the task scheduler that plays some subtle but noticeable sounds at seemingly random intervals, with no clear cause or source
some people (like me) get really infuriated by something like that
maybe quickly whispering her name or something
add a link or a file on her desktop with a message in the link title and transfer the file rights of the link to your account, so she can see it but doesn't have rights to rename or delete it
add a link to a website of your choice to her startup folder
preferrably one with a loud embarrasing sound attached to it
