so it's a month then, heh i'm sure they gonna come up with excuse like we added some xtra trees here and there for pc version only or it could be due the game is nothing special after all and they just hope they score enough for their 5 year of work or in this case fukin about till they milk some pc money, pathetic as usual
btw there was nothing shocking in that video that haven't been seen before

Fuel: Online freeride
This afternoon we organized with a few guys from the French forum an online freeride event in Fuel. We just start from a helipad on the map, and decide to go to another place we never saw before the straightest way possible. No roads unless it's in the way, we just go through forest, mountains, deserts, and have loads of fun. That's the way for me the game should be played, just for the sheer pleasure of exploration. Anyway, the first video is up, showing some parts of the first 30 minutes of the ride.

My mini review based on 360 version
This game is OK. By far the best thing about it is the huge open world. It took me about 20 minutes to get from one camp to another one. If you wanted to drive across the whole map, it would easily take over an hour. The areas are big, varied and fairly good looking, but the terrain feels flat, with little definition to the landscape. By flat I mean that every road feels the same, no little potholes, ditches etc. that usually makes off road driving challenging. The graphics are OK, and the day/night cycle is visually interesting. The nights are almost pitch black with only headlight and moonlight guiding your way. The biggest problem I have with the game is the driving physics. I was hoping it would be somewhere along the lines of MX vs ATV title, but its nowhere near. You can't "pump" before jumps, wheelie on bikes or quads or anything like that, so it all feels very arcade. The tricks on bikes are executed automatically which IMO is very lame. The damage model is limited to a gauge on your dash that fills as you take hits. Having said that, the various races which include checkpoint races, helicopter chases, knockout races, A to B sprints and endurance races, and many more can be fairly entertaining. There are many vehicles to choose from and they all have different driving characteristics. Not too sure about the on-line mode. I've tried it for less then 5 minutes, late in the evening, but it was lag free and something to give a second try.

I don't think thats entirely true. In the 3 days I've played this game (about 400 miles driven, 7 regions unlocked) I have not once got the feeling that I've been in the same place already. That might change soon though.

Yeah I gather it's different or you dont notice it as much when you're actually playing, Thats just what I observed from the videos.

Well, looking at the videos, the vehicles you drive look sorta like hovering and unrealistic animations... Kinda cheap looking...
But Im still gonna try it out, but doubt if Im getting it...
Does it even support COOP/Multiplayer ???
