Got an odd situation that I need some advice on:
This young feral cat adopted me [u wouldn't know he was feral as he is in very good nick, all shiny and shit, bright eyes] anyways, he won't eat cat food!
We discussed veggie cats previously but now its not so funny as he won't cat food at all, just roast chicken or raw chicken pieces and occasionally fish, yet I can tell he is really hungry.
Any ideas on what I can stuff his face with?

Get some Tesco value Tuna in brine ( not oil ) give that a go!! but don`t use that as a permy substitute... because it`s not good for them apparently...
After that, try getting some expensive cat foot... thats more like meat than Whiskers etc... then gradually ween them down to Whiskers and the like..

you cats are spoilt. if it gets hungry enough, it will eat that shit.
i give my cats james wellbeloved. its a biscuit type food (not wet) but apparently one of the best. maybe your cat will like that shit? worth a shot no doubt.

My cat is a snob too, only eats fresh cooked meat, warm and not cold, and wont touch anything from a tin or in jelly. So finding food for him is hard.

I really don't think a feral cat could be called a snob. WHy don''t you try mixing its favorite food with the regular cat food and then reduce the amount of the facorite food?
btw. It might be that he is just tricking you because I have a cat that eats regular food just like she's supposed to. Wen I then eat my own food (especially chicken) she REALLY starts to "maaaumaau" and beg for the food like she hasn't eaten for days.

Try feeding him canned tuna or fresh tuna. Never seen a cat turn its nose up at tuna.
