Check out the full vehicle list at the info-menu: That's a lot more impressive than the NFSU2 vehicles. The Customization list looks massive too...
I think that they made quite a step forward compared to midnight club 2!
It is coming out on PC right? But I can't find anyting about it on the site...
release date should be around january-february

It's a PS2 game first of all so no it's not officially announced as a pc game. It will most likley come to the pc and the xbox but after a few months (2+), just like part 2 did.

I've never played any game in that serie but I'm sure that Need for speed underground 2 rock the genre.

Didn't like the 1st one, hated the 2nd one.
Judging from the screenies, this one looks good.
But why should anyone care for a PC version? Racing games are totaly for the consoles IMO. (don't flame me on that).

because i didnt spend over £1000 on upgrading my pc recently so i can go out and buy a console to play racing games ,neither did i buy a pedal and steering wheel for my pc because i only want to play stratergy games and FPS.
also games look far better on pc than console when the devlopers dont do lazy ports.
my son has a ps2 and i cant even play games on that the FPS seems low and the movement doesnt seem fluid at all.
had a go on the new GTA game and it almost felt like constant bullet time when driving fast put me off consoles for life i think (yes not a racing game just using that as an example)[/quote]

hmmm, in mc3: dub edition they used more 'expansive cars' than in nfsu1 or 2.
I can't remember the last time when I drove a really good looking Lamborghini.
And remember, Rockstar knows how to make good games.

midnight club 2 was really hard with a keyboard, got to tokyo and stopped playing, maybe with a gamepad it would've been better

As far is I know, there isn't coming a pc version. Glad i've got a xbox also. NTSC version is released...waiting for PAL
