Just testing it out instead of maya, woot, very nice so far actually now prefering it.. Shame the crack doesnt work for patching the exe lol, might have to revert to 32 bit app of it..

Like 3D Studio Max or Maya or Lightwave etc etc.. I played with it for quite a while. Comming from LW3D it sure was a tiny bit confusing but easier to get into then Max. It has quite a few nifty tools. And I also went through the same tutorial as you Moose.

yup i downloaded (skanked) the DGT intro to xsi 7 heheh, highly recommend that if your migrating over from using maya.. As you say it has some nice tool set this app, even the simple rasterizing selection stuff is just pure win for me.. http://www.speedtest.net/result/4302967033.png

This was a bit interesting lol for someone thats not really bothered to learn UV mapping and layouts till today.. still it fitted fine and didnt look to bad in the end. http://www.speedtest.net/result/4302967033.png
