Exactly.
1.download this tool: PackFileManager_1-9-9.zip
2.use that tool to unpack the main.pack in //steamapps/common/empire total/data
3.backup the main.pack (there must not be a file with that name in the data folder)
4.go to the new folder db
5.delete the folder units_to_special_editions_juncs_tables
6.play with ALL (even region related) Units
works in Campaign(verified), Quickbattles(verified) and supposed to work in Multiplayer(verified)

You don't need to unpack main.pack.
You can open it with the PackFileManager, delete the file and save the pack without needing to extract anything. This way you don't waste space with duplicate files from the pack.

dunno still not sure bout the multiplayer thing
its VERY easy to install/uninstall
just put the pak files in the data dir (they dont replace anything and they are tiny) .. if you want to uninstall it just delete/move the pak file

It works on multiplayer, but besides Gorkas the rest of the units are just too expensive for what they offer.

Just tried the game with the Darth mod plus the new improved smoke and blood. MUCHO better already.

Cant wait to see what the come out wiht later.
Actually saw infantry use spikes to protect their flanks for the first time with the computer AI.
