|
 |
Evening folks,
short and simple, I installed the latest daemon tools on my system (Vista Business 64 Bit) and it doesn't work. At all. I mean, it's all fine and dandy until I try to mount an image, because if I try to open the drive through the explorer it crashes, with every image I tried, reinstalled daemon tools about 3 times now (first with admin rights, then without just for fun, then again with them) tried starting it with and without admin rights, always the same.
Any ideas or have I supposedly fucked up my system? Because it was running fine until now, haven't installed anything for 3 weeks or so, so it couldn't be because of new software.
Any help appreciated
edit:
It didn't crash my explorer.exe - but apparently it took about 5 minutes for my system to recognize the new cd in the drive and during that time it apperared frozen. wtf?
Help?!
edit edit:
No, after another 5 minutes or so it finally crashed.
Damn, wtf is happening here -.-*

try disabling your physical optical drive in device manager or in bios and try to reinstall DT again
