Fuckinghell Waldo, it's an American site aright mate.
I've been banned at least 4 times just for saying things aimed at the American administration.
Anything remotely anti-American they ban you.
Top site too, militarily wise, just so biased for America it's untrue.

Can anyone actually think of any positive thing he has done while in office? I'm being serious about this because I honestly can't think of a single thing to say.

He clears brush good. The white house lawn hasnt been in better condition. I mean his Presidential John Deer is fuckin kick ass man! Very Happy

But no, he has not done anything good I can think of. Aside from the war in Afghanistan. That was a needed war but he even fucked that up. It took what, 3 months before US special forces were on the ground...they would have been the first to go in, in my book.

You know what I'm happy about? Dickhead Cheney is gone! Cause everyone knows he's the real President...not to mention a murderer.
He's an evil man.
Like John Stewart said, he lives somewhere between our world and the Underworld.

The first remotely successful tests of the Star Wars program were executed during his administration Laughing that's about it.

Last time I looked it was like 10 out of 14 or some shit, with a >90% success rates on the land based launchers.

naw....maybe it was one series of tests.

Cuz I know air to air missile interceptors failed terribly. Maybe ground based interceptors worked, by air to air were shit.
And it depends on the missile. Ballistic missiles basically cant be intercepted.

Dont get me wrong, Im all for the Shield cuz its a US-Canadian operation that would protect both Canada and the US right?

But it failed horribly. Saw something on it on CSpan

They misunderestimated me.
Bentonville, Arkansas - 6. November 2000

There's an old saying in Tennessee - I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee - that says, fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again.
Nashville, Tennessee - 17. September 2002

There's no question that the minute I got elected, the storm clouds on the horizon were getting nearly directly overhead.
Washington D.C. - 11. May 2001

I want to thank my friend, Senator Bill Frist, for joining us today. He married a Texas girl, I want you to know. Karyn is with us. A West Texas girl, just like me
Nashville, Tennessee - 27 May 2004

That's George Washington, the first president, of course. The interesting thing about him is that I read three - three or four books about him last year. Isn't that interesting?
Washington D.C. - 5. May 2006

more?!

Just saw this Laughing Yeah its pretty bad over there. One guy got warned for posting Al Jazeera, I defended him, and somebody banned me >.> Sorry to hear you get the same treatment ginger.

But yeah, if you can ignore the blind propaganda it's a supreme site for *mil stuff Smile

Many times have I used links from there to build arguments in my college papers. (Pursuing a minor in mideast politics, with focus on US military efforts in mideast).

The Taliban had to go and we had to destroy their base of operations and bin ladens base of ops.

The downside is they purposely let Bin Laden get away. I mean, it took 3 MONTHS to get American Special Forces on the ground. And I dont mean idiot Rangers and shit (they arent spec ops). Im talking Delta and other elite spec ops forces.

If they would have sent them in right away, Bin Laden would have been caught. But last I heard, from Christanne Amanpour of CNN said she had it on good authority Bin Laden is living in a well guarded Villa in Pakistan (which is conceivable). Personally tho, I think OBL is dead. He was on kidney dialysis when we went into Afghanistan and he couldnt make the trek through the mountains (which is one of the harshest regions on earth) to Pakistan. His second in command is running things now I think.
Bin Laden is the puppet the US uses to further its agenda on 'the war on terror' ya know?

And Afghanistan has improved greatly. Kids are being educated, infrastructure (mostly us the canadians and the brits are doing it) is being built, water facilities and treatment plants are being built etc

Dont get me wrong, there's tons of fighting still, but alot of good has happened in the last 8 years in Afghanistan and because of Canada and England, the Afghans are happy with whats going on. We're rebuilding/building their country for them with modern stuff...the US's primary job is just killing Taliban.
Canada and England fights the Taliban too, but we recognize the need to provide the Afghans with infrastructure and their kids with education and everything we have here in NA and Western Europe we take for granted.

I dont think Afghanistan is an un-winable war. If Obama does what he promised, the US, along with Canada and the Brits and the rest of NATO can do some real good there.
And the Afghans welcome it.
Proper sanitation, education/schools, modern buildings, modern water facilities and etc.

The English are doing that in Iraq as well. The English know ow to win a war. And to win a war like we have in Afghan and Iraq isnt solely about killing all the 'bad guys'. U need to help rebuild the country as well as get rid of the terrorists.

This war will need a political solution, not a military one.

I will read the links later.

But i agree, the Afghan war does need a political solution, not more soldiers and killing.

And btw, I dont watch just CNN.

News chans I watch - CNN, CBC, CBCNewsWorld, MSNBC, BBC, BBCWorld, Al Jazeera, Al Arabia or whatever the name is, BNN, CTV News Network, Euro News World nd I dunno if u'd consider Cspan and CPACE news chans. Oh, CityTV International News.

And I read AP and Reuters.

I'm from Afghanistan and my bro just went back to visit. The US has done almost nothing positive there, period.

My dad fought with the Mujahideen and we were relocated to Pakistani refugee camps in the mid eighties during the height of the Soviet occupation. I've seen some crazy stuff. After they became over populated the UN brought us to the US. I think I know a bit more about the country and it's current state than some corporate news channel. Wink
