Gidday mates gonna make this short cause im on my cell. I had a bfg 8800 gt oc : core 625mhz shader 1566mhz tex fill 35bill mem clock 1800mhz mem bandwith 57.6gb that fried and now in return im getting a twintech 9800 gt oc: core 650 shader 1625 tex fill 33.6 mem 1000(up to 2000) not sure what that means and mem bandwith 64 .
How much better is the 98 i just have never heard of twintech. Am i getting a better deal here ? Thanks

It's newer, might have some more features, but as far as speed goes it should be pretty much the same as your old one, except for the slightly higher OC.

the 9 series was built off the die size etc that the 8800GT was built on so you won't see any great gains. The 8800GT even competes right up there with the 9800GTX
Don't waste your money on the 9 series period, it's a waste, get the new 2xxGTX models. |

The only thing that is lower is the texture fill rate what and how much does that affect ?

im not adding money my friend im getting it back on warranty what i wanted to know is if im gaining and not loosing power

well in that case you'll only be a couple more FPS at most. |
