I happen to be an admin for cdcovers.cc and I'm also a temp mod here, and from the looks of it your PC has been sending DDOS attacks directed to our domain for 3 days straight, thats when we decided to ban your network(and thus also your IP). If you have a problem with this, or you can proof that you'r not the one DDOS'ing, then send an email to the siteop and we'll try to work it out from there.

Also check your PC for malicious software, you coming on here about this kinda speaks for itself that you'r not the one doing the actual attacks.

I do not control the removal of IP's on the banlist, thats a guy from a different country, so send an email to the siteop and should be cool.

edit: as for the original poster: try the following http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
if that works then try a different dns server (had dns-server issues for the last three months here)

pfiemaretard is bullshitting as always, because no site blocks whole network (ip range). it would be silly, considering the fact other people may also log from the range

thanks for the tip, dr. brule Smile
let me add another piece of advice here: don't use condoms if you have sex with hookers very often. save them for that special someone. trust me on this, you will save a lot of money.

for your health!

Tried opening the site with IE 7.0.5730.13 still works here Smile

But their servers are funky configured. They don't provide content while accessing via IP unless the HOST header is "www.cdcovers.cc". So, try opening the site in firefox.

Sometimes countries are blocked, but this is probably not the case.

And sometimes countries themselves block whole sections of the internet. Ie China...they block tons of shit (read an article about it in readers digest).

Meh, if I ever made a site it would be so elite, that I wouldn't be using a blocklist, I'd be using a whitelist Very Happy \o/
