Getting a 30" next week, but I am not sure as to which one to get ...yet.
The candidates are

DELL 3008WFP €1.489,00
Samsung SyncMaster 305T plus €1.014,00
HP-Hewlett-Packard LP3065 €1.138,00

Or are there another one that stands up to the above?

The Dell is nice (have 3 at work) but I am sure the 3009WFP is just around the corner but will be overpriced as hell.

The HP LP3065 looks like the best value for money, but not sure.

Any ideas are welcome.

I would get one with an HDMI input, seems the Sammy doesn't have one...

and damn, seems all of those monitors aren't that much more expensive here but in $ instead of € (1 CAD = 1.55 EUR)

asus z170-A || core i5-6600K || geforce gtx 970 4gb || 16gb ddr4 ram || win10 || 1080p led samsung 27"

I'm looking at the dell right now, it's a great screen, but theres some tearing in games. I've not noticed any 'ghosting', only the tearing half way down the screen when stuff is moving fast along the screen.
Also I got mine at a 15% discount, thats the good thing about dell they have those weekly offers once in a while, so I suggest waiting for one of those to come up. It's not a matter of 'if' but when.

Doesn't tearing exist regardless on any LCD so long as v-sync is disabled? I've never used a LCD that doesn't tear and going up in size just makes it more noticeable that's all.

Must be a bitch to play native at that resolution, though... You should consider putting another X2 in there for the extra push.
