i think that u have updated your game. u can't update this until a crack for patches will be out or it ask for a serial and don't start anymore

i will go to buy it also to play online in coop but anyway if anyone is able to crack only 1 patch here is not a good thing. tiberium wars got almost 6 7 improvements patches all cracked naturally. here this fucked EA have made uncrackables patches?

they only fixed online issues. The black screen "issue" can simply be "fixed" by adding 1 little line in hosts file. Otherwise i didn't encountered any other issue or anything. Except mission balancing, but that isn't in any of the patches yet

those patches fixed securom errors that crashed this game with a securom pop-up error message on the following missions: Allied Mission 3, Empire of the Rising Sun Mission 3, and Soviet Mission 6 so we don't fucking need that patch if you play with the crack ... Edit: There is no black screen "issue" this game only connects to EA update service , just add 127.0.0.1 servserv.generals.ea.com to your host file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and puff no issue OR just plug off your modem ... eee wait this game has DRM INternet ACtivation shit haha you have to be allways connect to net to play this crap Last edited by Spiderman on Mon, 3rd Nov 2008 00:29; edited 1 time in total

wrong. Those crashes were caused by the rld crack, or better the missing of 1 file (grass.tga) which they added later in the fix.

sure? u have a changelog to verify?
tiberium wars patches was for both single and multiplayer. anyway i have read into the EA forum that the 1.02 patch solve the black screen also so i don't know what is that. RLD will go to crack the 1.04 or 1.05 then? Laughing

the pre-order bonus maps are for people that actually pre-ordered. you don't think they'd actually put them up for free, do you ?

if you'd have preordered the game, you'd have gotten a hardware dongle with it.
without that thing inserted in your pc, all you'll get from those .exes is a virus.
a crack for the bonus missions should be out soon, though, so wait a bit and see how things turn out.

also JBeckman, shame on you for "forgetting" to let others now about the dongle/virus thing. i'm disappointed.

Dongle, such a thing is being used for some small maps? The site I got it from (Private tracker, someone uploaded a bonus disc and another user requested the bonus maps which a third user provided.) only listed what I posted in that quote which is also why I posted it as a quote. Well I certainly fell for it, hehe, would have been problematic if I had posted content that could potentially harm the computer of the person who tries to use it. (And yes I know it's the the EA server but it is possible to encrypt files like this so they require "unlocking" via serials or even hardware methods such as "dongles" if needed.)

yeah, black terrain here also.. Hm, the game is very fun thing to play over the lan I've played with a friend vs. AI for some days now.. and it's an interesting experience.. seeing how the AI can control every single unit on the map and simultaneous use every special unit ability... -> constant attacks from every possible location So far i think that the allies faction is the weakest of all.. They have very fragile and weak units... WIth a lot of not so very helpful special abilities. It hurts me to see my favorite aircraft carrier being so useless compared to the other super ships.. The mirage tanks can cut any armor and building but are way to fragile.. i've never used the cryocopter .. but the ai LOVES spamming it and destroying everything with some hovercrafts The only good thing about the allies are the aircrafts and the hydrofoil... quite powerful if used properly. i can't decide if i like the soviets or the the empire more the soviets can expand really fast thanks to the cranes.. have super reactors. Have the strongest armor. Apocalypses + migs + V4 + for land, and dreadnoughts + akulas+ migs for sea for a guick victory I hate when the soviet AIs keep spamming V4 One thing that makes me laugh every time is when natasha kills the 'driver' of... aircraft carrier/dreadnought/shogun... but i guess there is only one person in the whole ship i really like the empire of the rising sun.. thanks to their movable cores- they can take as many refineries as they like. They have strong anti vehicle infantry units (tankbusters, rocked angels), but lack early anti air ones, and the basic defense tower is pretty weak. They have maybe the best unit in the game- the shogun battleship. With the navy power and accompanied by sky/sea-wings they are invincible- just two of them are more than enough to take out any base Japan also has the most annoying/ powerful hero unit.She can one hit kill a kirov... some stuff i really dislike in RA 3: I hate how little 6 player maps are there... But the game is full with 1 vs 1 crap... and why on earth there are max of 6 players here ? Per aspera ad astra

yeah but they will go to fix this with next patches i read. there are too many bugs to be removed in this game. like for sacred 2 or stalker CS EA are complete idiots and have released an almost incomplete game and then they have released 3 patches in 3 day Laughing
