Oh man this game is so good was afraid first that i wouldent like it because of diffrent things i read about it and saw on some gameplay trailers but now i been playing for the entire day and i love it ;D Been a long time since a game feelt this good to me,
Would have been awesome with some co-op/multiplayer to it though ;P

Well I am pretty pissed at whoever decided you couldn't pre download the game on Steam. My download is at a crawl, at this rate it looks like it could take hours. Sucks that time and time again you get punished for actually buying games. Yeah I know I could have gone to the store and gotten a boxed copy. I like having all my games in one convenient place though, normally convenient. Today it is not so much. Will be nice when game companies get their heads of their asses about digital distribution. Pre loading games, releases at midnight, including all the extra materials etc...

english game is UNPROTECTED only installer have checkdisc securom - remember KOTN for oblivion ?
it SHOULD BE NUKED for modified source accorrding to scene rule you arnt allowed to crack game tahta way ;p
but it isnt other way to crack it properly - clone (avenged) or cracked installer

That says more about the "scene rules" than about Reloadeds' release not being nuked.

Does anybody know if the RELOADED release have optional german subtitles? I heard about it but I'm not sure. If yes I will leech the RELOADED release. THX for any information.

how come the reloaded one is smaller than other versions? does it have all other languages removed apart from english.. this is why its smaller?
first version was 9gb, then next release was 7gb and reloadeds is 5gb

Is there a "show fps" thingie in the ini? Every game should have that in teh options imo. Maybe I'm just imagining it, but I really feel like FRAPS is causing slight lag in some games.
A little off-topic. Has forcing triple buffering with D3DOverrrider (Rivatuner tool) really big benefits?

The first half of the game actually seems pretty faithful to the original Fallout series, I mean ignoring the whole viewpoint and the fact it's essentially Oblivion. Have to see how it develops but it might be alright, not as bad as I was expecting.
That said; combat is shitty, first person and third person dynamics are also shitty. It's just not a very good engine in terms of enjoying just walking around and engaging in combat. It wasn't in Morrowind, it wasn't in Oblivion and it definitely isn't in Fallout 3.
Still, it's not a train wreck from what I've played so far - I guess there is a good game here after all, just not if you wanted it to be the SUCCESSOR to Fallout 1/2. I mean, a proper isometric game could really do something daring, but this is playing it's cards pretty close to its chest.
