Well, up until now I've been completely rejecting the idea of even trying one of those, but I played a tiny bit of it at a friends' friend's house (holy grammar chipmunks, 'twas the Star Wars one) and it was kinda fun. Which one would you recommend as a starting point? (I don't really care about the franchise behind it Star Wars/Indiana Jones/Batman/Whatever else.)

Well, Lego Star Wars - The Complete Saga is the best place to start. Then I would say hit up Batman. Leave the best for last, Indy!

i didn't really play much of the star wars one, i beat the pod racing part for me gf's kid but im not huge into star wars.

The indiana jones is a lot of fun with a lot of collectables/unlockables to keep you busy for a while. IT's a lot more based on little puzzles and adventure than it is action, but the only thing I don't care for though is your indiana jones and never carry a gun, so when gaurds start shooting, you better haul ass and kick some butt. Also the...theme and story is all there, but since legos don't talk, you kind of need to have seen the movies to understand what's going on.

I'm starting the batman one today so I'll let you know how it is. It's not based on any movie or comic book, it's its own story.

Well that's good to know, I've been reading up and people are saying that the Indy one was the best in the lego series, if Batman is even better, and considering I'm liking this one so far (Star Wars) , sounds cool.

well im a huge fan of batman as it is. I hate star wars so those never appealed to me.

The batman is more...action/gizmo orientated. I love it, the puzzles are based around the different batman/robin gizmos .

Indiana jones is by no means lame, it's a lot of fun, it's a lot more based on the adventure theme so i guess it really depends on your taste.

But for me, batman is where it's at Very Happyb

All of them are very similar. And they are the best coop x360 games on one screen (not splitscreen) until this day Wink

Played trough Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones with my 2 little brothers. They are damn hyped about Lego Batman. And its burned and ready ^^

Its not a cool game to play by yourself imo. At least I think its boring to play any Lego game by myself.

Yeah, I got the feeling this game is very co-op friendly...in-fact it's just what I needed, a buddy of mine is coming over for the weekend and we usually burn hours on good co-op games. (4-6 hours of that on SC3 and now SCIV)
