New problem (russian version 1.5.04) : I can't launch the game anymore. The application protect.exe tells me that my "activation key has expired" and I new to insert the disk (which I obviously don't have)..
How can I fix this mess ?? I tried Starforce removal tool but it says that Starforce is nowhere to be found on my computer :/

easiest way is buy it or wait for a scene rls.

i upgraded to 1.5.0.4 but I must've done something weird because ingame it still says I'm running 1.5.0.3, but yet I'm using the .4 cracked exe and files. Anyways, the game runs good and i haven't encountered any real bugs thus far, so perhaps it is running that version after all..
fear the led zeppelin that was!

As mentioned it's using that "TAGES/Solidshield" protection.
(Can either verify via disc or with internet activation.)
Playing around with various mods now using a few fixed patch_04 files so most of the game is 1.5.04 despite being the EU version.
It's pretty cool how far the Russian groups have come with mods to this game though, even older content from SoC is ported over. (Most left out mutants and several mod features from AMK to name a few examples.)

And that "important" modder guy dared to say the modding community is dead for Clear Sky? As with every release of a game in a series, modders come and modders go. If one large mod dies away, three other large mods rise in it's place. Modding never dies.

Guys i have a full Italian conversion of Text and Sound. Do you know a Full English Release of Stalker Clear Sky or there are only Russian version with Starforce?

The only cracked version of Clear Sky is that Russian version, then you can apply English or other language packs by changing the files in the /Localization/ folder, patches also work quite well, even 1.5.04, if you follow the instructions.
EDIT: Screens from that mod I use.

Rat. (Hostile, attacks like Piranhas in a group.)
Izlom. (Hostile, temporarily placed in the CS base as a demonstration.)
Cat. (Like a cat version of those "blind dogs" you usually encounter.)
Marsh bloodsucker. (Generally meant to appear further into the game, brutal monster.)
(Stalks the player or other stalkers and does a few hit and run tactics, had to use quite a few medkits and bandages to keep health up, can actually be seen doing this in the normal game as it goes after other squads in the swamp level via scripting but you won't encounter it yourself.)
(Occasionally does a powerful swing that disorients you.)
(Can grab you and throw your weapon away.)
(Which normally gets you killed quickly afterwards.)
