I just dled some French movies with Christian Claiver (recommended from a French guy at work). Been searching like mad for an hour now and can't find the subs for these 2 films

-Les Bronzes (Can find the subs for 2 and 3 but. Its a series of 3 films)
-Papy fait de la resistance

Any tips would be appreciated.

Can really recommend these (subtitles are pretty easy to find for them)
-Les Visiteurs 1 and 2 (Forget the 3rd movie, its Made in Hollywood)
-Le Pere Noel Est Une Ordure

All 3 with Christian Clavier of course.

Cheers Kommando, getting both now. I know enough French to get the big picture, but need the subs to get the details sorta.

@ Razacka2 and fraich3, cheers guys, but those sites don't have what i am looking for. I guess "French comedy" is not the most popular out there .
Those 2 films I am looking for are also pretty old.

I said it before but if you have not seen Clavier in Les Visiteurs DO!!! They guy is simply like the best medieval peasant I have seen. A bit of French knowledge is a + to really get the jokes, but if not, its still madly funny!..."OkeeeeeY!

Yea I know, Canadian is a bit different Smile. Heard its more based on the French that was spoken in the 17th Century. That comes from my colleague at work the French guy, his best friend is from Montréal.

I give it a go though. But 1st i check out those French films you recommended. Again cheers man!

Not really, in Québec, the french as a lot of slangs, like the swearing. Quebec french <---> France French is like USA English <---> UK English. Its the same language but spoken in his own way. So if you learned the European French, you might have problems undertsanding some of the dialogues in French Quebec. Like we have 7 different words that can be translated to "fuckin" like fuckin asshole, i hate that fuckin movie so it get confusing for those who doesnt fully understand our slangs. But Bon Cop Bad Cop is a mix of english and french so maybe you can start with that one then youll see how it turned out
