Is it possible to grab extra content for my xbox 360 from the web? (not xbox live )
I have read about buring demo's to a dvd, but can i do the same thing with a track pack for guitar hero 3?
yeah, i know.
But once i start paying for this track pack, i will also buy that one, and that one, heck and try that one. So it will become expensive in the end
Why isn't it possible to do such? Since the hard drive is a standard PC hard drive Why can't you just transfer info from the damn thing via DVD or even just a adapter to plug into a PC that would see it as a external hard drive.
The content is specially coded, that is why. You know all that talk about how hard it is to get content from one 360 hard drive to another. DRM my friend, it sucks!
And even if you could download DLC from somewhere else and put it on the 360 hard drive, it still has to be tied to your account. And if you somehow manage to do that on your side once you take your account online = byebye.
