sry, guess i shall read whole topics before posting but you know. topics been closed at ease these days, url-change out of nuttin... so, a closed thread might be suspicious in the first place. it perfectly corresponse to this thread.
i'd guess mods be better informed into each topic though. lack of official info doesn't help either.

my girlfriend has an account here. She doesnt post often (more like nearly never), but if i m at her place, i ll be using the same ip as her (if she actually posts again anytime soon). So please dont be too trigger happy

Please, what new rule?
If you want to really cut back the dupe accounts, you'd be smart to IP ban all web proxies (or at least the popular ones), like http://www.hidemyip.com. If banning access to the site from those proxies is not desired, at least ban registration from them.
