He had diarrea but didnt want to quit the running. He got a quite good score at 21st place. (final time was 1.09,43)
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

That's a half-marathon time. Still, it's a bit extreme to keep running under those conditions. The cramps could have been caused by something more serious and to keep running could have aggravated it.
