I wonder what missiles that vehicle is carrying.
So pristine I feel sorry for the poor buggers that had to get them in such a nice condition.

I was in the artillery during my army service and as you say vodka there is ofc daily maintenance, BUT when we had our parades (national day and stuff) i can tell you that we had a week of special maintenance. As Jenni said, ALOT of spit and polish

A friend of mine was in moscow the other day and told me about this super high tech tanks. Such a coincidense that you should post the images. :O
fast edit : I can't see why anyone would be impressed with these tanks, however. I don't see anything I can identify as an impressive peace of technology, in fact; i can't identify anything on these images. Just metal. I guess I could suppose that they move fast because one of the images is blurred.

Alongwith the usual apcs and howitzers one of the photos there shows the S-300 which Iran recently signed a deal to acquire from russia. So that little piece of equipment will definitely be on the minds of some people in the US.

All those vids don't show the main advantage of such hardware - the computers inside - for targeting etc. Looks like some steampunk though - no fancy displays from Hollywood movies byt they still do an amazing job.

quite disturbing to be honest.
Poetin is gone... Medvedev is pushed on stage by poetin and poetin becomes prime minister. Some days later we have a military parade with big tanks/planes for the first time in a long time (dunno what was special, they told it on tele).
And who was standing right next to medvedev? A general? no. Minister of war/military? no. Our dear mr. Poetin.
Looks like this was a big "hello USA, we have army and poeting is still alive and has a lot of power"
