Of course this game is made with prerendered graphics like Myst or Syberia. What do you think why it needs so much gigs? If this would be a real-time graphic-engine then "Good bye, Doom III".
Just take a look at the minimum hardware-specs.

no they haven't ever heard of compression. It needs 4gb hard disk and its almost a 4 gb download.
is it me or is 4 gb alot for a adventure game

Looks awsome, and I'm sure it's worth it's 4 gigs..but that's a fucking big download!
Syberia gfx were the best, they were impressive for thier time.

The same company released Atlantis redux which is a ppc version of this. Very nice I must say!

im stuck already. I am in the spacecraft but i don't know what to do. Where do i have to click my cursor won't change.

im still in the middle with the boat i see some stairs but i can't click on it. And i also can't find a spot that makes the cursor changes.
Can you tell me the exact place where i have to click
edit: its oke now you have tu use the lamp. i didn't know that you can use it right away

ok got kinda stuck myself here.
what do i do after i have found the five discs?
i went to the old chicks apartment dressed like the help and found a vase with a hole in it in her bathroom but theres nothing i can do with it.
