Yes. They work ok as phones. They can play MP4 video and the MP3 ringtone volume is the loudest you can get in a phone. Stereo bluetooth (A2DP) worls. Camera is ubercrap.
Shelling and assembly quality is horrible.

What else d'you want to know?
