The perm ban was because he made another account to post while his original account was still temp banned I think.

which really wasn't all that clear of a rule in the first place. others have done it as well.

Hfric was originally banned for copying and posting with another member's post/avatar/sig in every topic.
Imagine if someone would use your sig, avatar and post, in the same thread you posted. You could only telll it was him by looking at the username. Oldfags will remember this.
