nah, but I kinda know him... he screamed at me just because I didnt say hi to his daughter. Also got angry for some other small things. Think he should go to anger managment first ^^

1.1 Elaborate a plan to kill\poison the canine fucker, but make sure the suspicion doesn't fall on you. 
2 Scare the cat away throwing something at it.
3.0 You'll have to "face your worst fear" and tell to the angry canine fucker owner about your problems with his pets.
3.1 You may try to secretly record that potential conversation or have your buddies shoot the negotiations secretly on camera.In case it goes somewhat ugly, you'll have something to show to the people of the badge.

your best choice is to get friendly with the dog (give him food) and make sure your neighbor don't see you doing it just in case . but you can call the police or something but it may put your ass at risk because the neighbor probably wouldn't like it much.

Best thing is to let the dog chew a little on your leg. Just enough so you can see the bone inside, then you sue his ass for 100 million dollars and write a book about it. Then you can move your broke ass to a better place with better neighbors, that can annoy you in some other way.
Or you could simply buy a gun and spray that dogs brain all over the place. Then you write a suicide letter from the dog, and leave it there and put the gun in his paw. Laugh some, then go to bed. Next day EEEEEVERYTHING WILL BE AAAOOOKAAAY.

I was in the opposite position but I was really angry my neighbor decided calling the municipality and police for six months, instead of visiting me to discuss it(there was no problem at the beginning, because the dog was not at one place all the time to get bored). I was shocked when one day the municipality guy stopped to tell us again there someone complaining about our dog, when I saw my neighbor coming there complaining. FFS, he lives 10 meters across my house and all he can do is call the police. Stupid rich people. They thing a few dollars more give them a divine power to shit on you whenever they can.
I know my dog was barking like a maniac at times, and this is one of the reasons I keep her inside the house. However, the anonymous complaints started because his wife had just gave birth and feared our ferocious beast would eat her son alive. Yeah, that's what Labradors do...

yeah it's not bad during summer, but I would like to live somewere like sweden or norway mainly because of the standards. They are so way ahead of us that there is no need for comparison. And I would like to live somewere quiet (exept this dog shit, but that can happen to anyone) and idillic like in that picture above.

you can get driving license with 18, but you can't drive past 23:00 alone, you have to have sb that has driving license min 5 years. It was different before but now it's fucked up... We have 0.0 ‰ rule, and the percentage of accidents has risen...
