hi
few days ago i posted amessage about xbox suddenly freezing on me
i ordered new fans fron nykon
and some guy told me soon ill get 3 circles of red light.
anyway today i didnt even play 30sec the xbox froze
when i turn it on again 3 red light,im telling you this hardware is one piece of shit its unbeleievable how those damn ass microsoft cannot even do one thing right.anyway has someone got this thing out of this situation? what r succes rates?
i guess bring it back to microsoft is not an option(modded)
anyway dont know what to do with this shit:(
i wanted to play dirt:(
piece of shit hardware how much does a normal coller costs and why dont they put it inside in the first place those idiots at ms. 400$ worth of present gone to garbage?

xbox360 its a nice console but what kind of idiot said you don`t need a fan on your CPU only passive cooling

You may be able to fix it. People have had pretty good success with the X-clamp replacements - I have rescued two dead 360s that way. Read this thread on Xbox-Scene for details:

mine was modded and i got the thre red rings, i just took it back to the shop who modded it they put my old firmware back on ( i had it on a disc) sent it back to microsoft and they sent me back a new or refurbed one (who knows) had no probs since fingers crossed.

hey
i did x clips trick had to go to lowe didnt have parts so hunted parts myself at home depo:)
anyway
my xbox came back to life(booting)
3 red lights are gone(for now:))
i just wanna thank everyone here for their quick help and guidance
i thought it was over:)
anyway im afraid to try any game right now untill i get my nykon cooler fans next week.
this pice of crap cant even cool itself out like normal console:)
anyway thanks amillion ill post updates next week on the freezing thing ill be happy if i never see this thing again.
but if i do ill flush the firmware back to original and send it to where it came from:) to repair.

piece of crap failed again
freezes
even with that extra cooling fans
piece of shit hardware
everyone that heard my story tells me its piece of crap
how do they sell this kind of garbage?
i barely even play maybe 2 hours on weekend and now just 2-3min and it froze out of the blue.
anyway my only chance is sending it back to microsoft maybe.
waste of money
my friend had xbox 1 and ps2 and ps1 never ever froze after years
damn piece of crap.
if they cant make windows right why do they go to consoles:)
