They've banned everything here, all P2P, Newsgroups, DC, Torrents even online games because people were seriously abusing the system. It would slow to an absolute crawl during the day, it was difficult to even browse unless it was like 2 in the morning. Now they implemented all these restrictions it's so much better, and as i've got a way around them I get uber speeds.
I just have to be careful because I think they're monitoring bandwidth usage, after I downloaded Two Worlds I couldn't access the internet for 24 hrs!
