They cost for a baby maybe $600. and they are not a true parrot. They are nice birds tho and some do pick up quite a few words . I think I paid 700 for the Nanday. She screams really really loud. She talks. says Ok (because I think I must say that word a lot) and hello, wanna a kiss, and come here. When she is hungry she screams "come here, I love you"

I just changed my workout routine this week, haven't had a chance to test all of it yet, it's still work in progress. I go 3 times a week, right now working only on upper body. I do 2 muscle groups per workout, 3 exercises each. About 4 sets of each exercise, no more than 8-10 reps. I used to do 4-6 reps but I changed that recently, still trying to figure out wether I'm gonna keep it this way.
You do any workout?
