Well.. lets see.. Im using Clone CD 5.2.9.1 for starters, but dont know if that matters. You need to make sure that a file called "something".dvd is in the same folder as the iso. This is the layer break file and is used to inject the security code at the appropriate spot on the disc so that it loads up (I think). A quick google search or a forum search here should yield a post on how to create your own layer break file if your game is missing one. Otherwise, I cant think of what could be wrong. Unless you dont have your 360 FW hacked.
If you dont think that the .dvd file is included or you cant figure out how to make one, post back and Ill see if I cant find the instructions somewhere.

ok i think my version of Clone was not registered....its regged now though...and i can now use the .dvd files. Before i could not use them cos i got the error "error opening file layerbreak System cannot find the file specified"
so hopefully all will be ok

Hi mate,
Dunno how you got on but I've now burnt 4 (yes, a massive number!) of backups perfectly. Might I suggest to make sure you have the .dvd and the .000 or iso file in the same folder and named the same? i.e. image.000 and image.dvd?
Just checking as it sounds like that might be your problem!

I did the same with Gears_of_war release, but I am using Imation media, is there a problem with that. I have NTSC /J system which was already modified i am not yet confirmed which modification it is using.
Please help

Am buring all my games using Verbs....these are the dogs nuts and as for any other media...i would not touch em. Ive come across some games that say burn using Nero!? anyone else had this and does it work? Coz on the other games ive burnt using Clone you have to selet the .dvd file so this puts the layer break where its suppose to be, will nero do this automaticly??

i had the same problem what i did and Micarly worked
i just renamed the .000 and to .iso
and edited the .dvd file with notepad and changed the line .000 to .iso
then just opened the .dvd file in clonecd and it worked for me
Btw you did crack your fw right? or modchipped it
if u modchipped it dont forget to patch it
same with the release check if its patched

No idea if Nero will do it, but you can do it with ImgBurn/DVD Decrypter!
