Eye of the Tiger didn't come in until, correct me if I'm wrong, the 3rd Rocky. The true theme to the Rocky series isn't Eye of the Tiger but Gonna Fly Now. That's been with the series since the first. Balboa was trying to be closer to the first one (that's why there were so many little things from the first one in it).
Nah, its playing in the background in the first one when he runs up and down the stairs if im not all wrong (should mention it was 15+ years ago I last saw it..)

Why didn't kept it like in Rocky 2 when Adrain says to rocky in the hospital " WIN " .

Being sick and not able to go out and get mega-drunk today i watched two movies.
- Little Miss Sunshine 8/10 - reminded me alot of The Royal Tenenbaums which is a personal favorite
- Snakes on a Plane 6/10 - nice mindless fun but nothing that will stick
Blood Diamond 8/10, Suprisingly good diCaprio film.
Flags Of Our Fathers 6/10, Hollow plot (IMO), war scenes were great, too long for its own good.
Black Dahlia 6/10, Too "artistic" for my taste, liked the ending.
Little Ms. Sunshine 8/10, Funny, great cast. Positive suprise.
Harsh Times 8/10, Wicked. Bale is great, as always
Re watched all the Alien films and Predator with my son over Xmas. Lets call it an inauguration in to "good taste" film selection and a small step towards manhood
Anyhow those films are all kick ass 80-90s films. I guess Bladerunner is next on the list for him.
but Aliens 4 is really WORTHLESS with capital letters.
The storyline and plot is, yeah (and as a consequence of such, most characters). The dialogue consists of nothing more than oneliners. However, Jeunet's visuals are stunning as usual - the movie is alone worth watching because of that. But it is indeed the worst Alien movie (not counting AvP, which is by far even worse).
I remember seeing it at the cinema...I had a toothache...BAD!...could not really concentrate on the film...only thing I had at home was vodka to sort a rinse with . next day, dentist and a big fat crown...but at that moment I would take anything, just to stop the pain. I agree with Parallax on this one...and it feels like a French "adult comic" you know what i mean.
Still some scary bits in it, and the genetic stuff creeped me out back then I remember, toothache or not.
Worst one for me is the 3rd one...WTF was that...killing Newt, Corp Hicks, and Bishop.
That was for sure a weird one...I guess couse of Weavers involvement in the script.
But guys...If U start to see the Alien "BOX SET" you just have to see them all...no?
Bad or not...those films have to be seen in sequence. If I told my son "thats it's only 2 movies...maybe 3..." he will turn 30 one day and find out that there was 4 films, and then I am done for
Last watched movie: Blood Diamond. I give it 8/10 (incredible enough). It's scary to see a movie like this, not cos of the actual story but child soldiers and how corrupt Africa is - thats something we all know but the movie visualize it in a quite good way. And im suprised that Leonardo Dicaprio was actually acting quite good.

Babel 7/10 - The mexican part seemed irrevelant, but worth the check.
Driving Lessons 8/10 - Warm-hearted british film. Liked it a lot (´cause Granny ruled!)
