Desktop A has an Asus TV Tuner, I want Desktop B to be able to access this tuner, at the very least just watch the video, at the most be able to control channel on it as well, anyone know any software for doing this? Both are Windows machines.

The only way to do this is to use a videostreaming application of desktop A. Like Windows media encoder or video lan player.

Bad part is that there isn't a way to change channels :\

Showshifter and other such PVR software can do this. BeyondTV etc.

Using video lan, one PC can stream from its tv card and the other can recieve? sounds exactly like what I want.
