the german E3 is held this weekend in leipzig. So who's going?

The last two years were fun although i bet that the e3 is much better and bigger and all...

nah, i rather said that the e3 is much bigger and better. There is also somehting similar in the uk, i cant remeber its name, but afaik its not for the general public and was said to have sucked last year

FYI, the one in the UK is called ECTS. It really seems to have become more unimportant lately...

this year the GC is the biggest in europe because the ECTS ran out of exhibitors. only a few where left and the big ones like sony, intel etc. are in germany leipzig.

They call a lot of games as euro or worldpremiere but the games are allready shown at the GC in Leipzig like Halo 2.

Yes it was there. I played it but to be honest I was a bit disappointed. There wasn't the familiar POP feeling and the new darker style sucks imo. It will probably still be a great game but at the moment I doubt that it will be as good as POP was.

I was at the GC 2 days ago was pretty good, I got myself a doom 3 tshirt;; woot woot!!!
I played stalker and halo 2, must say that the stalker was a little disappointing the gameplay was really good so were the weapon models, but the grafics werent that crips and the textures were pretty blury imho.
I still think Stalker is a good game, even though I only had the chance to play it for 10min and only a mp map. It handled pretty nicely and the day night shift was a pretty nice feature.
Im looking out for Stalker for sure.
