Does anyone know of a free Push E-Mail service? Something where I can route all my important e-mails from my other accounts to it, and have them pushed to my phone. Or possibly a server I can setup in my house that will do the job for me?

Maybe a thunderbird extension?.. *goes to continue the search*

what format do you need it on your phone? SMS?

if your phone is capable, just use gmail or such webmail service
