You should keep your CRT because you can't get a good gaming TFT for only 260 €.

Honestly if you are still happy with your CRT keep it.
I don't know if you have seen the topics I created but I went TFT because I had to due to desk space being at a premium and I wish I hadn't.
Having said that I can no longer go back to CRT, the pros of the TFT outweight the cons at the moment for me and I've used it for so long now that I'm used to it.
But know this; gaming on the CRT was much better and I know it still.
I'd preferred to have spent that $300 on something else to be honest but as I say I needed a TFT.

if you dont mind the space a crt takes up i say stick with crt.. no dead pixels, no worry about ghosting although a nice big widescreen lcd/tft is very tempting
My 19" crt just died and im stuck with a 17... it sucks

If you want a good 19" TFT you should look at ViewSonic VP930 and ViewSonic VX922, but they are quite expensive. So for you I would recommend this CRT ViewSonic G90F or Samsung SyncMaster 997MB.

ViewSonic VP930 got 8 ms and is a very good all-around monitor. ViewSonic VX922 got 2 ms and is for gamers.

The VP930 is overprized, it has the same overdrive MVA/PVA panel from AUO as the Belinea 10 19 20 and the Samsung 940fn, and both of them are cheaper. But all of them are way out of Jigsaw's pricerange.
Edit:
Btw Jigsaw, if you are German you can check out the forum at prad, they have tons of user reviews:
