sounds painful. This isn't definiately the video which killed him. Could well be but he's done it before which is digsustin.
as I'm typin this, date rape is playin with the lyrics (of course) 'And I can't take pity on men of his kind even though he now takes it in the behind' So appropriate

I know a guy who started to sleep in a park when he was in university cuz he had no money. UBC endownment lands in a tent. Anyway he swears he caught some guy fucking a Canada goose. He head this goose freaking out and he went out to see what was going on. Anyway he found a addict banging a goose up and down on his lap. He swears hes not lying. That hole of theirs is big enough for a egg sooo?

maybe if you would fuck your goose 5 times a day for a month you would get a disease cause the virus or bacterie can adapt. But the thing is. diseases arent carried from specie to a other specie, there are offcourse axceptions but im not a microbiologist, im a whale biologist .
my ant once caught her neighbour fucking a sheep and now everywhere he goes people say meeeeh hilarious

They totally are. It's refereed as Zoogenic. Disease is famous for jumping species
In a lot of disease the original host is almost always an animal. Often the natural host won't show any signs of infection, depending on the how long that disease has been within the host population.
I wouldn't call it adapting, well maybe it does, but I think has to do with a bunch of factors relating to the health of everything involved, the type of disease, the exposure, mode of transmission.
Here is some scary shit.
Example viruses: Bird flu (Yourgods favourite) swine flu, cow pox, A whole bunch of chicken stuff, and some of the worse are in the primates (we have the Ebolas, hanta is in mice. Rabies that's a big one.
Parasites almost always involves another animal, sometimes even a snail (hook worm) or mosquito (malaria is not a virus but a protozoa) Bird poop causes swimmers itch.
Prion disorders ( not a virus more like an infectious rouge protein (PrC) that fucks up the like mad cow (BSE) scapies in sheep, it’s now in wild elk (cuz the do gooders started to feed them infected feed in the winter). (Pathologists believe its in our blood supply)
Are you really a whale biologist? You would have to few years of micro bio right? Seals can get rabies you know. The inuit started dumping their dead dogs in the ocean and it passed onto the seal population.

You guys haven’t learned the “agree and distract” method of communication.
@ JP -Nouse was right about “Disease fixation” so I couldn’t help myself. Always post what you think you should post . Only some women you can’t disagree with and some you can. I myself consider myself to be extremely open. (That's my story and I’m sticking with it)
@ Kirk. No don’t ban Canada, Canada is neutral, everybody loves Canada hahahah.
@ nouse Epidemiology makes sense. You are analytical like.
you should get the book I am reading right now. “The RIVER” Edward Hooper (I mentioned it in another thread) (1999) It is proposing that AID’s was a result of a early polio vaccine made from the renal tissue culture of monkeys/chimps (don’t remember which ones) being tested in Africa .
“Presumably, someone in rural Cameroon was bitten by a chimp or was cut while butchering one and became infected with the ape virus. That person passed it to someone else.”
That theory is discussed and rebuked in the book. The book focuses on the ecological aspects concerning past exposures in populations. Lots of talk about statistical relationships and disease agents, Stuff right up your epidemi alley.
Back onto the topic so I am not accused of hijacking.
You know maybe I am weird but that video I don’t find disturbing, no screaming, no blood, he seems willing.
I saw I guy who had stuck a firecracker up his wee wee, that was more graphic. Where the head used to be, it was no more. That’s a Darwin Award for sure. The nurse (who I knew quite well) asked him “soo what did you think was going to happen”

Maybe women are different because we are used to things going in and you guys like to keep them out. Every guy I know freaks out if they see 2 guys kiss or having sex but women (I think) couldn't care less.
For me I have seen a lot worse. It's the screaming, and the reactions of families that make me cringe, and kids. Not some guy that decided to do something stupid, someone who had a choice. Then he was unable to handle the consequences of his actions by being to embarrassed to go the hospital. He life would of been saved with surgery and antibiotics.
