This has to be my most wanted album of the last few years, I'm a HUGE TOOL fan owning all of they're albums, the live CD/DVD plus all of the spin off tribute stuff..

I heard a mini review from an australian radio show stating that the album was good, experimental and heavier than the last albums, this wasnt really something I was giddy about as I loved the mellower side to TOOL.. Either way I can't wait.

I'm loving the leaked song Vicarious, its probably one of the best tracks I've heard this year..

I've also just noticed some sort of release.. so Im going to check that out to see if its fake Smile

Edit - Seems to be, although the band does sound a lot like tool.. Anyone know who it is?

Aenima is probably my all time most listened too album.. they really are an amazing band, should you like that kind of thing Smile! For those who are interested the fake currently sitting on NG's is a band named Coldfist, might be worth a listen to either way, not in anyway as good as Tool, but they sound ok.

Personally I deleted it Wink

I thought that was the real one since it's spread like wildfire (like 2 days ago) the 'fake' syn was talking about must mean the single thing, which was real, but had fake scans :/

The version I got is good enough for now, until I buy it anyway.

Having listened to it through only the once (for now), I have to say Im loving it, its not the best album, I stick with what I say above for that, but I still think its a wonderful wonderful album. There are a few "odd" tracks which are still great, and it keeps to the typical tool "prog metal" feel, so all in all.. yay.

.. ermm.. Im not an idiot so dont talk like I am one. There was a full fake album released about 1 1/2 weeks ago, I got the "single" as well which you would know if you read the thread.

Gonna check out the UGLYDISEASE release now.

I wasn't speaking to you

you are an idiot

and if you actually read what I said then u'd know that I was right and wasn't directly referring to the single per se

The above is clearly stating that the fake I spoke off was "the single thing" which it was not, it was the fake.. so yes you where talking about me, stating I was wrong. You need to pull your head out of your emo ass and goto school.

Anyway, ignoring Sublime from now on.. back on topic.

They're having a mini-tour here in the US before they go over to Europe. Tickets went on sale today. Two of my friends tried to get tickets. Only one of them got through and it's a 2 ticket max. It sold out in 2 minutes. I'm not going Sad

i love it!

the only thing i hate about the album is, that it wont run properly in any of my players. Neither my pc nor my standalone dvd-player i use for my hifi-setup (my cd-player died and i replaced it with an mp3 reading dvd-player) can play the cd properly till the end, i.e. the last two songs have stutters and crackles all over the place. Sounds like a bad pressing or a copy protection, dunno really. Anybody else with that problem with the bought cd???

I just bought it so I'll check out the above.. I only have an old CD player and my PC though..

The CD is awsome, as in the casing, I dont know if there are different editions but mine had some stereo glasses and some cool 3d art work.. The band really do make the greatest CD's in the world if only for the coolness factor of the packaging.. Only cost me £9.99 too!!!

lol ... with exchange rate that's almost twice what it costs here! It's like £6.37, but it was on sale for about £5 the first week it was out (that's like $13 and $10 here Wink)...

CDs usually pretty expensive in the UK?

New releases are around £12, sometimes as much as £20, but not that often. I was shocked to see it at £9.99 as some of the older CD's go for much higher even now! More to the point, the album feels like a special edition, it oozes with thought and quality .. so £9.99 felt so good haha..
