I guess your statements and complaints being based on this premise is your problem, right there. There's a massively general consensus on the complete opposite.
Now changing topics, here's a good, thorough guide on graphical settings and general optimization for better performance while keeping most of the eye candy
I was starting to grow tired of guides posted by the "streamer/competitive scene" just telling you to set everything to 'Low' and call it a day
I don't give a fk about the "new" features in Portal. I am not a Fortnite player.
All I wanted was for them to expand on the path they went (started) with Portal 2042, and replay the BEST content that ever existed in the BF history: MAPS.
Good, old, popular, super-played maps from previous games.
The maps are way too small for any interesting vehicle play, and the gunplay is far closer to COD than it is Battlefield. Running and jumping around like a fucktard with an SMG will yield far better results on most maps than it has any right to (fire-rate usually wins the day, as the damage spread is 25-33 per hit, so 4 hits regardless).
I'd say 3 of the 9 maps are decent (Operation Firestorm which is from BF3 so doesn't really count, Mirak Valley, and Liberation Peak). The rest are postage stamp size and quickly devolve into TDM regardless of the mode you're playing.
The only reason this is getting any praise is because 2042 was such a massive clusterfuck of a joke in comparison - it's not really Battlefield.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

ofc its aimed at cod players, do u not want to make money? one must be retarded not to take advantage of that big playerbase, and given the fact this years cod is a flop they have to play it right. bf wasnt that big to begin with if u dont remember
they should just remaster the old maps one by one and people will be happy
Tbh I would pay for a dlc that included maps from all their old games.
I would do the same for any cod if you just could get your hands on a complete setup with their old maps.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
cod maps have the same layout, dosent even make sense to remaster
nobody complained in the previous games that the maps were small, the fact that a map from bf3 plays the best in bf6 says plenty. the easiest way is to just remaster the old maps, its a liive service game after all, one old map every 2 seasons and milk that shit. it works because everything else is solid but everyone complains about the maps, thats all u hear

I know quite a few maps I'd like to see remastered in the new cod games. It makes sense to me since i liked them
But BF I agree with you on.
