For TV-series, the only people who ranks them, in general, are the people watching, the fans. That's why their scores can be insanely high, even crappy TV-series.

I have watched Mandalorian, Book of Boba Fett, Clone Wars. i have also watched parts of Tales of the Jedi via a fan made star wars supercut (its incredible) and part of Andor.
Book of Boba Fett wasn't great but absolutely watchable and some parts were cool to see, lore wise.
Clone Wars is incredible, the best SW has to offer overall apart from ESB. The writing is top notch.
When i watched the SW supercut, i noticed even more how incredible the writing is because it makes it into a movie more than small snippets here and there which will detract from the experience a bit, e.g having a super cool story sometimes and then it cuts to something less interesting for a while, to later come back to the story, and for many episodes or even spanning seasons. When you watch it as a 3-4h movie its another experience because its just the good parts of the main story line(s).
Not even sure a supercut of Andor would cut it (hehe) for me. Edit: oh right, the supercut actually does contain Andor i just remembered, i just stopped watching when it got to that part and watched the series... which might have been a mistake.. its 29h in total.

I haven't watched anything starwars related since the prequels. Mainly due to how it turned into a "for kids" IP with the safest writing possible and mostly animated productions since Disney. Then people kept praising Andor and I had to see for myself.
It's good. It's as good as starwars has ever gotten so far. I'm no starwars fanatic and perhaps the more relatable and grounded approach is what drawed me in. Not a single lightsaber in sight, no force, no binary good vs evil; both sides are humanized and deeply flawed characters with realistic ambitions and reactions given their position in society. The empire and rebellion lore has never ever been this fleshed out, period.
I see why it might seem boring to someone who tunes in to starwars to see lightsabers go bzzz and blasters go pewpew but it's definitely not for everybody. For me tho it's the best starwars media that's been produced in many decades. And honestly quite suprising that Disney allowed it to happen.
