Remove your facial moles and warts, Rachel McAdams and a large list of other lazy actors:

It's distracting for a public person especially for a big screen performer, and they have the means for that kind of stuff.
And google AI excuses are unconvincing:

Reasons for Not Removing Warts
Uniqueness and Beauty Marks:
Some individuals, including actors, view their warts as a distinctive feature or a "beauty mark" that contributes to their unique appearance.
Fear of Scarring:
There can be a concern that the removal process itself might lead to visible scars on the face, especially when the face is a central part of one's professional life.
No Significant Impact:
If the wart is small and not causing any pain or health issues, some people, including actors, may decide it isn't worth the time, money, or energy to have it removed.
Branding and Character:
In some cases, a facial feature, even a wart, could become part of an actor's persona or brand, making it more recognizable to the public.

Why would they? I would do it too, but in the end everyone can decide this on their own.
The reasons AI gave you are perfectly fine and understandable.
One example would be Danny Brown for me. He looked ok with his missing teeth, since he did fix it his career went downhill, he doesn't sound the same and looks just not like he used to, just like everyone else. Nothing is special about him anymore.
