GoG connect and Galaxy kind went into that direction already.
And frankly, Steam also offers Ubi and EA games, EA does with Ubi games and I wouldn't know what Ubi is doing. But eventually they'll all sell on each-others store I presume.
Doubt I'd buy anything on GoG that's not DRM-free from them and certainly not Epic exclusives. |
Steam hasn't been offering new Ubisoft games since Anno 1800 I believe.

Epic plug-in is official (developed by Galaxy devs and Epic), most of the other plug-ins are done by the community (with some help from devs).
I do have a fix for you though: Go to: ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage\plugins and then delete the Steam plug-in. The problem is that it doesn't download the new script (it has done that a few times over the year). So once deleted and Galaxy started it should be fixed. |

Could be just the 30% cut. But I'm guessing Ubisoft gets some extra money for publishing on Epic.

Thanks, that did the trick! I had tried deleting the Steam plugin folder inside AppData\Local but completely missed that one inside ProgramData  |

Just had the following show up in an email as a purchase:

I logged in, and sure enough it says I bought it just now. Haven't bought anything from GOG in years. In fact, I went to buy something just now as a test and I don't even have a payment method saved.
Anyone else getting this?

so? did they charge you or not for the game? i mean if you get something free i wouldn't mind but if my card or pp is charged then it's quite a different matter.
