Aliens: 6.5/10. Didn't have the looks and atmosphere of Alien.
The Cincinnati Kid: 7/10.
The Flash: 4/10. Absolutely horrible CGI. Only decent stuff was Batman.
The Getaway (OG): 7.5/10.
Mean Streets: 7/10. Hit and miss.
The Way of the Dragon: 8/10. Been a long time since I watched it, still holds up... Bruce Lee the man. Perfect balance between some humor, story and fight scenes.
Only recently found out this was released. Must have flown under the radar, maybe because it has similar themes as The Covenant so it was kinda overlooked.
It's a very enjoyable Gerard Butler CIA action flick. The movie develops into a long chase with some good action sequences and a couple of tense moments.
It's not excellent overall but good enough to be recommended. No nonsense. Apparently they shot the entire movie on location, in Saudi Arabia, pretty impressive.
meg2 : china funding/10 ... puke , had so much potential pissed away by the china sell out, china cgi, china actors, china censorships n china humor n values, TAIWAN is a country
painkiller netflix show 8/10 very impactfull startof each ep, great acting, i hope there really was this many good people calling out these heroine pill pushers, cant bilieve no docs lost their licenses prescribing oxycoffins ... juliani is an ever bigger shit then i already knew, FDA is a disgrace, DOJ are puppets and boy does the sackler family deserves to burn, every single one of them who hasnt denounced the name, its up there with frigging escobar
Vesper 7.5/10
With a relative low budget they really managed to make something interesting. Visually very appealing, with a great soundtrack and sound design. A bit of a slow one, but pretty nice.
Overall it wasn't bad. Although I never liked Ezra Miller's Flash.
Spoiler:
And except the acceptance of loss story line overall all the Flash done was pointless. He still is in multiverse and keep fucking it up. Keaton Batman and Kara exist in alt universe and you as the viewere know no matter what they will die

Competent movie based on the captains logbook in Bram Stokers Dracula. Great sets and atmosphere.
I would say the same, the only problem is the story is so predictable. There's no twists or turns in this movie from start to finish, but the presentation is excellent.
Conan ze Austrian: 6.5/10. Story was good, environments looked OK, special effects were bad, acting was horrible.
Elemental: 6/10. A story that's been told a thousand times already.
Papillon (OG): 8/10. Nice.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse: 7.5/10.
Dirty Harry's:
Magnum Force: 7/10.
The Enforcer: 6/10.
Sudden Impact: 7-/10.
The Dead Pool: 6.5/10.
The Last Voyage of the Demeter: 5/10
Predictable, as in every scene right up until the last (lame) ending, didn't care for any of the characters, a strange choice for the Dracula thing
Nefarious 7/10: Hidden gem budget movie, no name actors, minimal locations and dialog driven. Really well done for a shoestring budget and a handful of actors, ending a little weak but what else could they have done.

The voyage was literally in the book about Dracula, it's not something made up to insert Dracula into.
But yeah it was okayish, very standard horror.
I see my phrasing wasn't the best. I meant the Dracula character representation
The Last Voyage of the Demeter - 6/10
Pretty bland performance by everyone. But the creature was definitely the best looking vampire/Dracula I've seen.
Cobweb - 6/10
Another horror movie that has it's ups and downs, without spoiling too much.
Fun too see Homelander in a somewhat different role.
They'll never make a movie like this again, is probably also what they said back in 1979
Amazing sets and costumes, historically very accurate, well acted (Malcolm McDowell, Peter O'Toole, Helen Mirren) and also tits, dicks and ass in almost every scene, hardcore unsimulated sex scenes (gay, lesbian, incest, orgies), lots of violence and torture.
Imagine a big Hollywood production with fitting budget and actors, but the actors arent't wearing underwear.
Never heard about Teresa Ann Savoy before, but damn
It's like Game of Thrones on crack
But despite all the above, the movie is actually pretty boring, unfortunately. Still worth a watch.
There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.
Truly gone fishing.
The movie takes advantage of the genre's most distinctive device, the absence of logic coupled with protagonists blessed by a complete lack of common sense. And even when ignoring industrial quantities of red flags isn't enough, always count on [insert random inconvenience] to let the story culminate with a predictable viscerartsy climax. On the plus side, it is nicely shot and the acting is solid.
Watcher - 5,5/10
All the aforementioned points apply here as well, though there are more nuances to how the drama develops. It's like the Lidl equivalent of a Hitchcock movie, but the Romanian setting works fairly well and the chick is good enough to keep the tension alive, a least until the tripey final scene.
Nefarious - Westboro Baptist Church likes this element/10
There's not much going on in here besides Flanery's performance, though in all fairness, it is a noteworthy showcase. I would have liked if there was some ambiguity involved, but the movie just picks the most banal route and rolls with it. 5,5/10, the power of Krusty compels you.
Limbo - 7/10
Rather uneventful, but also atmospheric and with competent acting, especially Simon Baker who's definitely believable as a worn-down detective. There's some interesting character development as well that the slow-paced flow emphasizes.
my second watch. i didn't like the ending the first time but solid otherwise, probably gave it an 8 or maybe even a 9. This time the ending pissed me off so fucking much(i didn't remember it).
6.5/10 because of that absolutely moronic ending. He could've made what i think would have been a thriller classic, it would've been so fucking easy too, the ending murders the entire movie
